Important notice about CADSI 2019 Annual General Meeting

As a membership organization, CADSI always puts the health and safety of our community first.  As event organizers, we are closely monitoring developments related to COVID-19 and adjusting to its impact hourly.

On Sunday, March 15, Ottawa's Medical Officer of Health recommended the immediate suspension of events of all sizes. As such, there will no longer be a face-to-face aspect of the Annual General Meeting. Instead, this event will now take place via teleconference at the same date and time: Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 13.00 EDT.

Please note that considering this new format, you will need to register for the AGM if you have not done so already. As Corporate members of the Association, you can register here: Registrants will receive an email with connection details approximately 24 hours ahead of time to allow you to participate. In order to provide registered participants with connection information in a timely fashion registration will close at 13.00 EDT on Monday, March 30, 2020.

Members may obtain a copy of CADSI’s Annual Report 2019, which includes our Audited Financial Statements upon request.
