​New Associate – Patrick O’Toole

The Partners of CFN Consultants are pleased to announce that Warrant Officer (retd) Patrick O’Toole joined CFN Consultants on September 1st, 2026.

A retired Canadian Armed Forces Warrant Officer with a 36-year military career, Patrick O'Toole brings 20 years of experience as a Special Forces Operator and Team Leader within CANSOFCOM to CFN Consultants. His vast operational background includes serving as an Operational Mentor during high-profile advice-and-assist missions throughout Africa, the Middle East, and the Western Hemisphere, as well as multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Having served extensively in National, Combined Joint, and NATO Special Operations Headquarters, Mr. O'Toole channels a deep passion for defence innovation and design into advancing modern capabilities. He possesses highly specialized expertise in precision-guided munitions and advanced Air Warfare UAV/UAS and UGV systems, backed by formal accreditations in DND Project Management and USSOCOM Operational Design.

He is currently completing his MBA focused on Technology and Analytics Leadership. Utilizing his deep-rooted global network, he secures clients unprecedented access and strategic influence with key defence decision-makers to successfully capture major procurement opportunities rooted in joint requirements and Special Operations Forces requirements.
