CADSI partners to bring you the Canadian Security Materials Technology Roadmap workshop - 23-24 November 2015, Ottawa
The Security Materials Technology Roadmap (SMTRM) is designed to foster development of innovative products and systems to meet future market demands. Working with industry across the value chain, from constituents to end product systems, the SMTRM aims to accelerate innovation, competitiveness and productivity in the security materials technology sector. By identifying future market demands, and the critical technologies that will be required to meet those demands, the SMTRM will help align, plan and coordinate technology development opportunities for industry, and target R&D investments.
This is a unique opportunity to influence the R&D investment decisions in body armour and vehicle armour design.
The workshop event on 23-24 November will be comprised of briefings from select leaders in security materials technologies in Canada and internationally, and a concentrated audience of security materials companies, researchers, engineers and government decision-makers.

CADSI is a partner in this initiative, along with DRDC and the NRC.
