Plan Ahead for Peak Arrival Periods

CANSEC 2026 is expected to welcome record attendance levels. Morning arrival periods will experience the highest concentration of attendees, exhibitors, government officials, airport traffic, motorcades, and security operations.

If you do not have scheduled meetings, programming, or receptions requiring an early arrival, consider arriving after 12:00 PM to help avoid peak congestion periods.

Complete Registration Before You Arrive

There will be no on-site registration at CANSEC 2026. All attendees must ensure their registration is fully completed before arriving at the venue.

• Print your badge in colour after registering.
• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Bring proof of employment.
