Our Technical Research and Standards Group (TRSG) has developed the Kestrel TSCM Professional Software, an industry leading workflow based, operator centric, TSCM specific Signal Intelligence Support System (SISS) that is currently deployed worldwide by professional technical security specialists at all operational threat levels, for mobile, portable, semi-permanent and permanent, managed RF spectrum surveillance and monitoring applications, including Secure Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). Our Mobile Monitoring and Analysis Platform (MMAP) provides powerful RF spectrum dominance for high value targets.


The Kestrel TSCM Professional Software is a Software Defined Radio (SDR) application with a wide range of innovative features and functionality, including dynamic multiple search receiver hand-off of the spectrum and demodulation process, across any number of supported search receivers and analyzers, with support for industry recognized Anritsu, Rohde & Schwarz (R&S), Signal Hound, Tektronix, ThinkRF, Shearwater TSCM (Merlin MK3), receivers and analyzers.


Our Differential Signal Analysis (DSA) allows the import of floor plans, vertical riser plots, site plans, geographical area maps, photo realistic and virtual reality images.


Our IQ Record and Playback capability, Automatic Export Control (AEC) feature, and other advanced functionality are designed for professional counter-espionage applications.


Our Session Report Generator (SRG) is another industry first and is a true milestone. Our software incorporates an Advanced Signal Intelligence Database (ASID) that includes the entire licensing spectrum database for North America.


Our Technical Security Specialist (TSS) Designate Certification program is the only standards based TSCM certification in North America, based on the TSB 2000 (Technical) Standard. Our 14-Day (resident) training provides extensive classroom and hands-on practical application based training with a wide range of professional level equipment resources. Our 3-Day Kestrel TSCM Professional Software Operator Certification training, provides oustanding software support for end-users.
