Hamilton, Ontario– September 1^st, 2015 – FELLFAB^® announced today it has completed the transaction for the acquisition of the assets of aerospace interior products company, Customs Products, Inc. (CPI) as well as its interior refurbishing services, CPI-Aero Services, LLC.

The acquisition will allow FELLFAB^® a North American leader in the fabrication of interior soft good products for the aerospace, rail, and industrial markets, to expand its capabilities and services and to expand its customer base. Custom Products, Inc. will continue to operate out of its Mooresville, NC location.

FELLFAB^® will now have the capability, through its affiliated companies, to perform FAA testing and certification, as well as offering a host of interior foam solutions to its customers.

The CPI-Aero Services, LLC acquisition is a natural fit and will also enable the combined entity to serve larger volumes of inventory management and refurbishment services.
