Deep Vision and Colt Canada Sign MOU

Deep Vision and Colt Canada have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with a view to incorporating Deep Vision's autonomous detection, tracking and passive ranging capability into Colt Canada's automated fire control systems, including the Sniper Weapon & Observer Reconnaissance Devices (SWORD) Technology Demonstrator.

Intent of the Understanding

Deep Vision recognizes there may be significant potential to add value and assist in differentiating Colt Canada’s product offerings in automated fire control solutions through the integration of its proprietary automated target detection, tracking and passive ranging capability. Colt Canada recognizes there may be significant potential to increase the capability, market opportunities, and value of its automated fire control system offerings by incorporating Deep Vision's sensor exploitation technology. The MOU is intended to establish guiding principles regarding this proposed collaboration which may result in positive business outcomes that are mutually beneficial to both parties – in particular, but not confined to, the enhancement of the Colt Canada prototype fire control systems and the clear demonstration of Deep Vision's ability to enhance their functional capability with respect to autonomy, accuracy, utility and precision.
