The Royal United Services Institute of Nova Scotia extends an invitation to members of the defence and security industries to hear a video-conference presentation Wednesday, 17 March 2021 by Cora Pictou, Transport Canada, titled "Marine Security Operations Centre East." Her bio is attached.
Marine Security Operations Centres (MSOC) were established in 2004 to strengthen maritime security. This presentation will focus on the Halifax operation and on Transport Canada’s role.
The talk will start at 1 pm Halifax time, Wednesday, 17 March, then be followed by Q&A and finish by 3 pm Halifax time.
