Malahat Energy Systems and ADK Holdings Ltd ( Acho Dene Koe Group of Companies) Announcement

Built for the North. Led through Indigenous partnership.

Acho Dene Koe First Nation, through ADK Holdings Ltd., together with Malahat Energy Systems Inc. and Aegis Critical Energy Defence Corp., has formed an Indigenous-led alliance focused on delivering energy storage and microgrid solutions across the Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut and northern British Columbia.

The alliance brings together Indigenous leadership, northern operating capabilities and Canadian energy technology to support energy security and resilient power for communities, critical infrastructure, mining, industrial and defence applications.

At the centre of the offering is Tough Bhoy, Aegis’ rugged, mission-ready battery energy storage platform engineered for harsh and remote environments.

The partnership is intended to support not only infrastructure development, but also Indigenous participation through employment, training, subcontracting opportunities and long-term economic benefits.

We welcome conversations with First Nations, Indigenous development corporations, governments, contractors, utilities and infrastructure operators looking at battery energy storage, microgrids, remote power or resilient energy solutions.
