Dale Potter Joins Leadership Team at DRS Technologies Canada Ltd.

ARLINGTON, VA, 30 June, 2020  ̶  Leonardo DRS, Inc. announced today that Dale Potter has joined the leadership team as Vice President, Business Development for the DRS Technologies Canada Ltd. (DRS Canada) business.

An executive with more than 25 years of experience in the Canadian defence and security sector, Potter will be assuming a critical leadership role in DRS Canada leading the company’s broad marketing and business development activities to ensure continued growth in current and adjacent markets.

Before joining DRS Canada, Mr. Potter held various roles at Thales Canada Defence & Security and most recently held the position of Vice President, Defence Mission Systems.  In that role he led a team to deliver the first new vessels to Canada under the National Shipbuilding Strategy, including the Royal Canadian Navy’s two new Joint Support Ships.

Mr. Potter is a graduate of the Queen’s University Applied Science program (Electrical Engineering).
