(TSXV: NVI) (OTCQB: NVRVF) and its subsidiaries, International Datacasting Corporation and Wegener Communications] today announced the formation of a new dedicated Government & Defense division, reinforcing the group’s commitment to serving a growing and strategically important segment of the global communications market.

Reliable communications are essential to the mission-critical networks that governments and defense organizations depend on every day. Novra Group has decades of experience supporting government programs worldwide, spanning applications from morale and broadcast networks to weather monitoring and highly secure data transmission in operational environments.

The company’s customer base includes leading organizations such as the U.S. Government’s Global Broadcast Service, DISA, NASA, NOAA, the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, NAVAIR, and U.S. Army TV, as well as major contractors and partners including RTX, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, Sawtooth, and others. The new division will align resources and expertise to better support current customers, accelerate innovation, and expand Novra Group’s presence in government and defense sectors.

To lead this initiative, Novra Group announced the appointment of Gary Carter as Vice President, Government & Defense. A longtime leader within the company, Carter brings deep experience across both technology and business development. His strong relationships within the sector, familiarity with procurement processes, and grasp of emerging technology requirements position him to lead this interdisciplinary effort.

Novra Group’s solutions for this market include IP encapsulators, encryption technologies, and a range of rugged, highly reliable satellite receivers designed for fixed and mobile deployments across land, sea, and air environments. The company also brings deep expertise in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and long-term product sustainment. In addition, Novra Group has a strong track record of custom engineering and R&D for government and defense customers, an area expected to see continued growth.
