Each year CADSI’s Board of Directors conducts a process to appoint new Board members as vacancies arise. CADSI's Board of Director's Nominating Committee does this through an open call to the CADSI membership.  

As such the Nominating Committee will be accepting resumes from December 3, 2018 to January 16, 2019. The Nominating Committee will develop a list of potential candidates for the 2019 Board of Directors.

To be considered for the Board, you embody the core values of the Association, namely that you are committed to growing and strengthening the Canadian defence and security industrial base. The Board will also take into consideration your experience across all sectors and your reputation and influence within the community and with stakeholders amongst other qualifications. The Board also strives to ensure diversity in terms of regional representation, ethnicity and gender. 

The term of office is three years with a possibility for an additional three year renewal term. There is an important commitment to attend all Board meetings which occur on a quarterly basis.
