CADSI Hill Times Op-ed: Transforming defence procurement to advantage Canada

An op-ed in today’s edition of the Hill Times by CADSI President, Christyn Cianfarani, sets out how the procurement system should work as a result of the welcome reforms created by the Defence Procurement Strategy. It highlights that more integration among the departments that hold the various pieces of the procurement process is needed, especially if the government is to achieve its objective of applying a more strategic view of what capabilities it wants to build in Canadian industry.
