Over the past decade, diversity, inclusion, and belonging have encouragingly taken centre stage within the workplace. For years, WiDS has been a key proponent for women in the defence and security industries, making concerted efforts to ensure they have the tools, resources, and connections to thrive. 

This year, the WiDS Annual Awards Breakfast will be focused on Defence, Security, and Inclusion: Elevating Every Voice. We will hear from a diverse range of inspiring allies from across the defence and security industries and to celebrate our annual scholarship and fellowship winners and emerging leaders.
