Quadrilateral Conference Canada - Australia - UK - U.S.
Event Description
Political Transitions and the Global Defence Industry: Evaluating Past Progress and Assessing the Future
The American, British, Canadian and Australian defense industries have a shared history of business cooperation and investment that dates back decades and continues today. All sides have prospered from their past and ongoing business relationships. With major transitions having taken place, or underway, in each of the Quadrilateral countries, it is ripe to evaluate the progress made by the departing governments, and what we can expect from the incoming ones.
It is only through the sharing of knowledge and experiences that our respective industries can learn from the experiences of others and identify best practice in trying to deal with them. These questions will be addressed by senior industry and government officials of the four nations at this Quadrilateral Defense & Security Conference.
The conference is being hosted by NDIA (USA), in collaboration with ADS (UK), the Australian Industry & Defence Network (AIDN), and the Canadian Association of Defence & Security Industries (CADSI). It coincides with the world-renowned Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) Annual Meeting and Exposition being held in Washington, DC 2-5 October 2016.
